		<description>How creative!  I think garlic gives a nice balance to sweet stuff.  I&#039;ve put it in some jams and jellies before with good results.  You should try maple bacon ice cream.  my personal favorite to make :)</description>

		<description>It&#039;s amazing what the duck eggs do for the custard. It makes sense, given their properties.  I went the infusion route because that&#039;s how I&#039;m accustomed to adding flavor to gelato, I figured the chocolate would be strong enough to take off the &quot;raw&quot; bite, and apparently that was the case as I had some happy testers.
