Gorgeous color! And cheers to Salumi – I can never get over there to indulge in their sandwiches, but there’s a local restaurant out in Duvall called The Grange that serves a lot of local goods, including Salumi meats. Your inventive and beautiful antipasto platter defnitely one-up’s theirs!
